Travelers comfort and safety, the prime focus of Ulacab, determines the quality of service we provide them. The age of the vehicles and the maintenance of the same, prominently define, our selection criteria, to include any of the vehicles in our premium fleet. We ascertain to all our loyal customers that all the vehicles of ulacab are not more than 8 years old and they are being kept under fine running conditions to ensure smooth and safe rides to all our customers, while on the roads.

Below given is the List of Vehicles in our fleet, which undoubtedly meets all the checklist points of a premium transport and services company. It aims at making a difference in the customers level of satisfaction and comfort, while they are engaged with Ulacab.

Sedan

For Airport transfers and Intercity one way and two way transfers, a standard sedan would accommodate a solo traveler or a couple with 2 check in baggage and 2 carry on bags. In situations of Local transfers, this vehicle can give a good travel experience with 4 persons without any luggage.

SUV

For accommodating a small group of travelers, up to 3 persons with 3 check in baggage and 3 carry on bags this would be a great vehicle to have the Airport transfers or the Intercity, One way or Two way transfers. For all the local trips within the city, without the luggage, a maximum of 6 persons can travel.

Family 5 seater

A bigger vehicle to accommodate 4 persons along with their 4 Check in baggage and 4 carry on baggage, for the Airport transfers and Intercity One way and Two way transfers.

Luxury 5 seater

The vehicle that would arrive to pick you up at the airport or at the hotel, for intercity transfers will be a top end luxury vehicle in the line up of the world’s coveted brands of cars. Board in style and travel with utmost comfort. This would accommodate 4 persons along with 4 check in baggage and 4 carry on baggage.

Mini Van 9 to 15 seater

This type of vehicle suits medium sized travel groups of up to 9 persons with 9 check in baggage and 9 carry in baggage in case of Airport transfers and all forms of Intercity transfers. When the travel is within the city without luggage, the vehicle can accommodate up to 14 persons on board.

Mini Bus 21 to 24 seater

This vehicle accommodates a large travel group of family or friends. With about 15 to 17 check in baggage and carry on luggage it can comfortably seat 15 to 17 passengers for Airport and Intercity transfers. It can seat a total of 21 to 25 persons in case of luggage free travel within the city.

Coach - 35/45/55 seater

To accommodate the bigger travel groups of more than 30 travelers, Coaches are available to seat them comfortably with all their luggage in the vehicle. The seating capacity can be utilized to the maximum limit when the travelers don't bring any luggage into the vehicle, in situations they travel within the city for point to point transfers or hourly transfers.

Need help?

In case of payment failures, while paying, what should I do?

Please follow the below steps to find out why the payment has failed:

  • Ensure that you've entered your credentials (card number, expiry date, CVV , code, etc.) correctly.
  • Verify that the card is authorized for international and online purchases. In case of doubts, contact your bank to get it clarified.
  • Use a different browser to make your booking.
  • If you own other cards, please try with them or try paying through other payment options available.
  • If you've used a promo code for your order, please check the Terms & Conditions of your promo code to verify that your chosen payment method can be used together with your promo code.

Even after all these checks, if the payment is not working out, please contact the Customer Care Centre,

While booking a service for me, can I use a Credit/Debit card which is not in my name?

Yes, you can use any card while making your booking, provided you are able to access all the information needed to complete the booking process with that card.

I see an anonymous payment to Ulacab in my bank statement. What should I do?

If your bank notifies you of any unauthorized service bookings with Ulacab, using your Credit/Debit card,  please follow the steps as directed:

  • Check whether your Ulacab account is active and you are able to login. If not, immediately contact the Customer Care Centre.
  • Ensure that the service booking done is not in your booking history, so that we can confirm that the payment was unauthorized.
  • Try and Stop the payment from the bank by contacting their customer support team.
  • Please do call our customer care center to inform them about the untoward incident.

We would advise you to not share the login credentials with anyone and keep your ulacab account logged off after making any bookings, especially when we use a shared computer.

Will I get a separate receipt for my booking?

Ulacab doesn't issue separate receipts for successfully confirmed bookings. You will receive the payment confirmation mails from our payment partners(paypal).

The difference amount will have to be paid via a separate payment link, in case of booking amendments.

How to make changes in my booking details?

Pls email your changes with your booking confirmation number to support@ulavitech.com. Our representative will follow up with you, for further course of action.

After making changes in the booking details, will I get any notifications?

Transfer voucher will be updated according to the changes made. So please download it again after getting the amendments done.
