Please be patient – you will be notified via PUSH NOTIFICATION and/or EMAIL when our app is ready for you to receive the job from our B2B customers. We are currently accepting real-time bookings and dispatching to ULA DRIVER SG mobile app limited to certain Vehicle Types at this moment. Full spectrum of the Vehicle Types will be opened for booking in batches over a period of time, while we stabilise the system to adhere to quality and wider spread to accept B2B or B2B2C bookings.
Once you “ON” ULA DRIVER SG APP, ULA will find your nearest available location and post jobs to you& other drivers in the location driving the same vehicle type.
The casted job will show the ULA BASE FARE, USER CASHBACK, NET FARE, ULA SUCCESS FEE and DRIVER EARNINGS for that particular job.
Once the job is accepted, it Tracks Your location and estimated time of arrival in real-time is shown to the B2B User / Booker.
You are expected to click ARRIVED, POB or NO-SHOW, COMPLETED buttons to finish the job.
You can accept a Job in two ways, using your ULA DRIVER SG APP
A). Based on the Advanced/Scheduled Job casted by the B2B User / Booker.
B). Based on the real-time NOW jobs casted by the B2B User / Booker.
PROMO Wallet is where the Welcome Bonus of SGD 50/- will be credited for all successfully verified Drivers registered on or before 31st Jan 2019. This amount will be used to offset the ULA Success Fee automatically. You are NOT allowed to use the PROMO WALLET for withdraw or transfer money to the PRIMARY CASH WALLET..
You have 03 options to Top-Up your wallet:
a) CREDIT or DEBIT CARD
You can choose to pay via CREDIT or DEBIT CARD to Top-Up your Wallet with Maximum Limit allowed to SGD 999/-. Credit Card Administration Charges are applicable @ 3% + 0.30 per Top-Up, which will be deducted upfront and the balance amount will be credited to your wallet.
b) FAST BANK TRANSFER or BANK CASH DEPOSIT
You can top-up your wallet by way of FAST BANK TRANSFER or BANK CASH DEPOSIT to below account number and mention your IC or WP (PINK/BLUE/GREEN) in the reference for us to top-up your wallet. Minimum amount is SGD20/- per top-up via BANK TRANSFER or BANK CASH DEPOSIT.
Any top-up below SGD20/-, an administration fee of SGD5/- will be deducted and the balance credited to your wallet within 03-hours for FAST BANK Transfer or BANK CASH DEPOSIT. For any other kind of Bank Transfers, we will top-up your wallet within 03-hours after the credit is reflected in our statement.

You can also choose to come down to our office during the scheduled hours between 1030hrs to 1230hrs and 1430hrs - 1630hrson all working days from Mon – Fri excluding Public Holidays, SAT & SUN to top-up your wallet by paying cash at our office.
The minimum amount allowed for CASH top-up is SGD50 per top-up at our office. An administrative fee of SGD10/- will be deducted and the balance credited to your wallet.
This option is mostly NOT encouraged and we will strongly urge you to use either Debit / Card (or) FAST BANK TRANSFER or BANK CASH DEPOSIT into our bank account.

You can proceed to your Wallet in ULA DRIVER SG App and click the “WITHDRAWAL” button and request for the amount to be withdrawn.
There is NO administrative fee for withdrawal request >=SGD50, LIMITED to 01 CASH WITHDRAWAL REQUEST per day.
Multiple(or) Lower CASH WITHDRAWAL amounts are allowed in a day using the ULA DRIVER SG Wallet Page, but below charges apply:a) any withdrawal less than <SGD50, will be charged an administrative fee of SGD5/- per request.
Click on Cancel and the accepted Job will be cancelled automatically. Enter valid reason for the cancellation.
Cancellation charges of SGD5.30/- for all Accepted Jobs are applicable based as per the cancellation policy.
After you have clicked “NO-SHOW” button, the NO-SHOW prompt in the ULA DRIVER SG APP will ONLY appear mentioning that it is applicable only after 15 minutes. Prior to triggering the NO-SHOW Button, you have to call the B2B User / Booker to notify that you are NOT able to locate the Guest / Traveler and triggering the NO-SHOW Button.
After 15 minutes, the NO SHOW prompt will appear and upon confirming the NO-SHOW prompt, the driver is paid 50% of Gross total fare as NO SHOW / Cancellation fee after arrival at Pick-Up Location.
CANCELLATION of Now / Immediate Jobs by User / Booker
Any cancellation by User / Booker after the driver has arrived, require a 100 percent total fare amount is paid to the driver.
Any cancellation by User / Booker after one minute of job acceptance by the driver requires to pay $5.30 as cancellation fee.
ULA is a Point-to-Point transfer and we don’t offer multiple stops or multiple destination as a service for single trip.

ULA Base Fare is a FIXED FEE fare based on the Vehicle Type requested for a Point-to-Point Transfer.
Any ERP charges incurred during the trip – from Pickup to Drop-off – are included in the ULA BASE FARE and to be borne by the Driver. User / Booker Vouchers, Discounts are only applicable to your ULA BASE fare amount whereas the Promo Wallets are only used to offset the ULA Success Fees. Any other additional charges have to be borne by the Driver and have to be paid in full, no reimbursements are allowed.
ULA being a B2B Ride Booking App, allows both the User / Booker and the Driver Earn based on mutual agreement, which is why our tagline is “Book & Earn ~ Drive & Earn”.
Users / Bookers are allowed to ask for CASHBACK to the maximum limit capped at 50% of the Original / Revised ULA BASE FARE. The resulting NET FARE (Original / Revised ULA Base Fare - Booker Cashback) should be equal to or above the ORIGINAL FIXED ULA BASE FARE.
Original ULA BASE FARE = SGD 50
User / Booker has sold the services to guest / traveler at SGD 80, which means the maximum cash back of 50% allowed is SGD40 on the Revised ULA Base Fare. This will result in the NET FARE (Revised Ula Base Fare – Cashback) going below the Original ULA BASE FARE of SGD50, so the system will disallow any cashback requested above SGD30.
User / Booker is requesting for CASHBACK of SGD30 (maximum allowed)

ULA SUCCESS FEE = NET FARE * TIERED SUCCESS FEE %

ULA follows a TIERED SUCCESS FEE MODEL which is unique in the market and beneficial for the Driver Partners in minimizing their commission outgo from 3% upwards.

Where can I pick my customers up or drop them off in the airport?
Avoid any pickups in the taxi holding areas or stands – pick your customers at the arrival doors or coach bay based on your vehicle type at the respective airport terminals. And don’t forget: waiting for pro-longed time is not allowed in the arrival hall drive-way and parking fees at the coach bay have to be borne by the respective drivers and it’s not included in the fare and not claimable.

1.(a) For Meet & Greet jobs, capture the Arrival HALL Display TV for "I'M ARRIVED" proof.
4. Hotel Drive Way Pickup Proofs
IVRD stands for In-Vehicle Recording Device. Did you know? Private-hire cars may now be equipped with in-vehicle recording devices (IVRDs).
If you have an outward-facing IVRD, you will have to DISABLE the audio-recording function in order to follow LTA’s regulations .
If you currently have any unauthorized inward-facing IVRDs, you will need to remove them, then apply for an authorized IVRD.
Note that you will not be able to use any other device (e.g. mobile phones, digital cameras) to record inward-facing audio or video footage.

Yes, you can manage the enabling or disabling the status of IVRD via ULA DRIVER SG APP - Vehicle Profile Page.
Enable/Disable the “IN VEHICLE RECORDING DEVICE” CHECKBOX which is available in the Vehicle Profile
The IVRD recording is stored for a maximum of 7 days in order to reduce the risk of misuse of the recordings. These are only accessible by LTA-authorized data controllers.
Both drivers and bookers are encouraged to lodge a report to us as soon as possible, as well as to relevant authorities: Singapore Police Force (SPF) and/or Land Transport Authority (LTA). Only these authorities are allowed access to these recordings.
