Simple!! Just download the ULA Airport Transfer Singapore App and Sign up with requested details.

Once logged in just click on Book your ride from the right menu of the ULA Airport Transfer Singapore app. Kindly follow the below given steps which will make your bookings User Friendly!!

Book in few easy Steps

  • Select your pick-up and drop-off locations to get your estimated fare.
  • Choose your desired date and time whether to Book Immediate or In Advance/Future
  • Enter the Guest Details and Payment Details
  • ULA will find you the nearest available driver.
  • Get a Driver
  • Track Your Driver
  • Know your driver’s location and estimated time of arrival in real-time.

Below are the information to be provided in order to book:

  1. From and To Location
  2. Vehicle Type, Date & Time
  3. Guest Details like Guest Name, Signage Name, Guest Mobile No, Total Pax, No of Suitcases, Notes to Driver etc..
  4. Payment Details to be like Wallet/ Cash Total Fare, Cashback
  5. Type of Job casting whether “All Drivers” or “Send Favourites” to be selected in the ULA BOOKER App.

The payment can be done by 3 modes

  1. Wallet:
    Wallet Mode is handled by top-up the wallet through Debit/Credit Card
  2. Cash:
    Cash is paid directly to the driver partner.
  3. Credit / Debit Card:
    The card details will be stored securely and the payment can be processed via respective payment gateway by providing your cards CVV number.

ULA had configured the number of luggage’s is set by vehicle type which is selected by the User/Booker.

As a Booker, once the booking is accepted by our Driver Partner, you will receive a Booking Confirmation Prompt with Driver Details & Vehicle Details….The same can also be accessed via My Bookings where the Booker can select on “View” button to see the complete Booking Details of the Guest, Flight, Driver, Vehicle and Payment Details.

Once the job is successfully completed Real Time Notification and prompts will be displayed to User/Booker also all the completed jobs will be displayed in "Past Booking" section where the complete history of the job can be reviewed by the booker any time by selecting the “View” button to see the complete Booking Details of the Guest, Flight, Driver, Vehicle and Payment Details.

Its simple!! Just follow the below steps for adding your FAVOURITE DRIVER PARTNERs

  1. Click on Favourite List in your ULA Airport Transfer Singapore App
  2. Select the “+” icon and key in your FAVOURITE DRIVER PARTNERs mobile number and press the Submit button
  3. Now you can follow up with your FAVOURITE DRIVER PARTNERs by selecting the option of “SEND REMINDER” button via WHATSAPP
  4. Once your FAVOURITE DRIVER PARTNERs is activated you will be receiving a notification that your FAVOURITE DRIVER PARTNER is successfully activated his ULA account.

Once you “ON” ULA AIRPORT TRANSFER SINGAPORE APP, ULA allows to find your nearest available location and post jobs to you & other drivers in the location driving the same vehicle type will receive the posted jobs.
You can cast a job by setting up the ULA BASE FARE, USER CASHBACK, NET FARE, ULA SUCCESS FEE and BOOKER EARNINGS for that particular job.
Once the job is accepted, it Tracks Drivers location and estimated time of arrival in real-time is shown to the B2B User / Booker.
You are expected to monitor the CONFIRMED, ARRIVED, POB or NO-SHOW, COMPLETED STATUS of the posted job.

Two Types of Jobs can be casted
1). Send All Drivers - Jobs will be casted to All ULA Registered Drivers
2). Select Favourites -Jobs will be casted to ULA Users’ Favourite Drivers

This situation will arise when all ULA DRIVER PARTNERs is engaged with other accepted jobs. Relax! ULA will do its best in finding an alternate Driver else you can also book you jobs using your Favourite ULA DRIVER PARTNERS!!

All your EXPIRED jobs can be reposted by below process

Two ways it will be followed
1. When No Driver Partner is accepted your JOB
2. When Driver Partner accepted but missed the START the job on the SCHEDULED TIME

1. When No Driver Partner is accepted your JOB

  • Once your job is EXPIRED a prompt will be displayed whether the JOB can be REPOST or NOT based on the selection the same job will be re-casted to ULA in finding alternate Driver Partners.
  • You can also edit the details like Date & Time, Vehicle Type, Guest Details, Payment Details and REPOST the Expired job
2. When Driver Partner accepted but missed the START the job on the SCHEDULED TIME
  • The Expired Jobs can be REPOSTED at Past Booking section where you can filter the option as “Expired” and select the jobs to be REPOSTED. Based on the selection the same job will be re-casted to ULA in finding alternate Driver Partners.
  • You can also edit the details like Date & Time, Vehicle Type, Guest Details, Payment Details and REPOST the Expired job

Enter the Cashback amount while booking the ride. When ride is completed, the cashback amount will be credited to the bookers Wallet. Maximum CASH-BACK allowed is 50% of the FARE AMOUNT for Send All Drivers & For Send Favourites there is no Limit is set.

You have 03 options to Top-Up your wallet:
a) CREDIT or DEBIT CARD
You can choose to pay via CREDIT or DEBIT CARD to Top-Up your Wallet with Maximum Limit allowed to SGD 999/-. Credit Card Administration Charges are applicable @ 3% + 0.30 per Top-Up, which will be deducted upfront and the balance amount will be credited to your wallet.
b) FAST BANK TRANSFER or BANK CASH DEPOSIT
You can top-up your wallet by way of FAST BANK TRANSFER or BANK CASH DEPOSIT to below account number and mention your IC or WP (PINK/BLUE/GREEN) in the reference for us to top-up your wallet. Minimum amount is SGD20/- per top-up via BANK TRANSFER or BANK CASH DEPOSIT.
Any top-up below SGD20/-, an administration fee of SGD5/- will be deducted and the balance credited to your wallet within 03-hours for FAST BANK Transfer or BANK CASH DEPOSIT. For any other kind of Bank Transfers, we will top-up your wallet within 03-hours after the credit is reflected in our statement.

c) CASH DEPOSIT AT OUR OFFICE

You can also choose to come down to our office during the scheduled hours between 1030hrs to 1230hrs and 1430hrs - 1630hrson all working days from Mon – Fri excluding Public Holidays, SAT & SUN to top-up your wallet by paying cash at our office.

The minimum amount allowed for CASH top-up is SGD50 per top-up at our office. An administrative fee of SGD10/- will be deducted and the balance credited to your wallet.

This option is mostly NOT encouraged and we will strongly urge you to use either Debit / Card (or) FAST BANK TRANSFER or BANK CASH DEPOSIT into our bank account.

Please sign in ULA Driver SG APP, go to the Bank Page under the User Profile (user icon in the right-hand corner) with the following details:

NOTE: The Bank Account can ONLY be in your name or your companies name.

You can proceed to your Wallet in ULA DRIVER SG App and click the “WITHDRAWAL” button and request for the amount to be withdrawn.

There is NO administrative fee for withdrawal request >=SGD50, LIMITED to 01 CASH WITHDRAWAL REQUEST per day.

Multiple(or) Lower CASH WITHDRAWAL amounts are allowed in a day using the ULA DRIVER SG Wallet Page, but below charges apply:

a) any withdrawal less than <SGD50, will be charged an administrative fee of SGD5/- per request.
b) any additional cash withdrawal request >=50 or <50, will also be charged an administration fee of SGD5/- per request.

If you would like to cancel your booking please use the 'My bookings' section of the ULA BOOKER App.

ULA had set its own Cancellation Policy which is listed as below for your information.

  • Any cancellations upon accepted by the driver carries 30 percent total fare of the paid trip total for the User / Booker if the cancellation is greater than 3 Hours & less than 24 Hours.
  • Any cancellations upon accepted by the driver carries 10 percent total fare of the paid trip total for the User / Booker if the cancellation is greater than 24 Hours.
  • Any cancellations upon job accepted and started by the driver carries 30 percent total fare of the paid trip total for the User / Booker if the cancellation is less or greater than 24 Hours.
  • Any cancellations upon job accepted and arrived by the driver carries 100 percent total fare of the paid trip total for the User / Booker if the cancellation is less or greater than 24 Hours.

  • Any Driver NO-SHOW when job accepted and didn’t arrive by the driver carries 100 percent total fare of the paid trip total for the Driver and 50% paid to the User / Booker when it is less or greater than 24 Hours.
  • Any cancellation by Driver after job acceptance requires to pay $5.30 as cancellation fee if it is more than 24 hours.
  • Any cancellation by Driver after job acceptance requires to pay 100 percent as cancellation fee if it is within 24 hours.

IVRD stands for In-Vehicle Recording Device. Did you know? Private-hire cars may now be equipped with in-vehicle recording devices (IVRDs).

LTA has updated the in-vehicle recording device (IVRD) rules which were in place since last year (2018) This updated rule will take into effect from 15 July 2019.

The key changes are "audio recordings" will be allowed for authorised IVRDs and all buses will be exempted from the IVRD rules.

These LTA-approved devices will record footages that will help improve safety and security for users on the ULA Ride Booking Platform. Not to worry, only relevant authorized authorities will be allowed to access these recordings!

When the booking is confirmed, you will receive the Driver and Vehicle dispatch details - we will also include & notify you if the dispatched vehicle is installed with IVRD.

You can continue or cancel the booking within the allowed allowance to avoid the cancellation fee, and book a new vehicle, if you are not keen to board the IVRD installed vehicles.

Not to worry, only relevant authorised authorities will be allowed to access these recordings!

Yes. Two areas a Booker can able to view whether the Drivers vehicle is IVRD enabled or not which is listed as below

  • Upon your booking request is accepted by the Driver Partner, the Dispatch PROMPT Confirmation will include “IVRD INSTALLED”, if the vehicle dispatched is fitted with the IVRD.
  • In the Booking Details Page of the job, in the Driver & Vehicle Details section you will see the Label “IVRD Installation Status” - IVRD INSTALLED or IVRD NOT INSTALLED status.

The IVRD recording is stored for a maximum of 7 days in order to reduce the risk of misuse of the recordings. These are only accessible by LTA-authorized data controllers.

Both drivers and bookers are encouraged to lodge a report to us as soon as possible, as well as to relevant authorities: Singapore Police Force (SPF) and/or Land Transport Authority (LTA). Only these authorities are allowed access to these recordings.
